Went in to the Peoria location today at about 5:45pm. 3 people were sitting and eating and I am fairly certain all were employees and there were 2 employees that I saw behind the registers. We walked in and looked around and quickly decided between the two of us, quietly, that the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. All of the tables were filthy and had crumbs etc on them so even if we wanted to eat inside we couldn 't. There was a broom and a pile of swept crumbs and food immediately in front of us on our way to the register. Worst ever experience!!! I am not sure what has happened to this location, but it seems to be deteriorating. I am surprised that I have not gotten food poisoning yet. During my visit yesterday, the first bite of my meal contained a long hair. They were also out of guacamole and did not have ice or straws for drinks. It took 15-20 minutes just to place my order, only to find out later that I couldn't eat the meal and had lost my appetite by the time I got home. As I was leaving, I saw a sign on the door indicating that they were out of something else and only accepting takeout orders. This situation is simply ridiculous.
Whoever is running this place needs to really reconsider their business practices. There is garbage everywhere. None of the tables are clean. The food is cold. And instead of cleaning up the employees are sitting in the middle of the restaurant playing with their phones. There is not a single customer in line. Disgusting. This used to be a nice Chipotle but I'll never step foot in here again. There's literally food thrown all over the checkout area and they're not even bothering to clean it up. Wow... Zero stars
I'm from California where we have Chipotles everywhere. I take back anything I ever said about anything from any of them. The Peoria, IL location was the worst Chipotle I've ever been in. Those poor kids had no support. The place was gloomy, dirty,portion sizes were abysmal, they were out of everything with no time to stock. The manager of this store needs to go. These kidsneed some help from someone that knows what they're doing. Truly a horrible experience. The workers and customers weremiserable.
I came in needing a large order made quickly. It wasn't busy when I got there, so I was optimistic about my chances. The employees didn't have a clue about how to help me complete a larger order, but the manager stepped in and worked with me to make it happen. The order had a couple of missing pieces, but that was not an unreasonable mistake given how large of an order I had to make. I appreciated the effort that the manager made and overall was pleased that I was able to get the food for my group.

We waited for 30 minutes for our DoorDash order. Are DoorDash customers not important to this restaurant? Apparently not.
Loved the burriyo here. The place is very accessible. Has great parking. Really good for take out.
