This was my first visit to a Chipotle where they didn’t ask if my order was for dine-in or takeout. Everything was automatically prepared for takeout, including placing tin lids on all bowls and salads before bagging them. This felt wasteful if you intended to eat there and was also tricky to open. The staff seemed to avoid customer interaction, defaulting to takeout orders. The lids were often bent, making them less suitable for saving leftovers. The restaurant didn’t offer cauliflower rice, and some other menu items appeared to be missing. Additionally, I received the smallest portion of lettuce in a salad I’ve ever had at any Chipotle. This is the first Chipotle I've visited where they don’t ask if you’re dining in or taking out. They automatically package everything to go, with lids on all bowls and salads, placing them in bags. It feels like a waste if you want to eat there. The service feels rushed, and the staff doesn’t seem very friendly or eager to assist. The lids are tricky to reuse once bent. They don’t offer cauliflower rice, and the menu feels limited. I also received less salad compared to other Chipotle locations. The employees appeared lazy and uninterested in their work. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy when I went with a friend, there were dirty tables and some employees were just chatting.
I went to lunch today, and by the time we got home (just a six-minute drive), my meal was cold. Not only was it cold, but since I ordered a steak bowl, I had a hard time finding any meat in it—there was more acidic cream than steak. I also ordered a side of guacamole, and it had the weirdest texture; it seemed like it had been frozen and had no flavor whatsoever. Additionally, the restaurant itself wasn't very clean. I won’t be returning to this Chipotle; it was a one-and-done experience for me.
Must go for lunch and when we go home (6 minutes drive) woman was cold (the meat) and mine was also. Not only was I cold, but because I was a steak bowl, I actually had a hard time finding the meat. There was more acidic cream than steak... also got one side of Guac and it had the strangest texture as it frozen or so, and no taste at all. And the place itself was not so clean. Will not go back to this chipotle. One and ready.

Ordered 4 entrees through Chipotle website only 3 arrived (and they were cold). Tried to get corrected but unable to speak to a person (just autobot) and was given free entree to be used in next 30 days. No we will replace missing item or refund missing item . Absolutely appalling will never use again. Family take out night ruined.

I was honestly surprised to see how good the service was. The place was clean and the line moved quickly. Calling it like I saw it. Very happy I went.
Horrible! The smallest burrito ever. I did not order tomatoes and there were three pieces of steak total. Wish I could give this place zero stars.
