During our conversation outside for the interview, I noticed that she was quite rude to the staff, snapping at one of them to clean up a mess, which made me feel bad for the employee. Throughout the interview, her demeanor was odd and unprofessional. As a 16-year-old, it was clear to me that her behavior did not meet the expectations I would have for a manager.
After the interview, she told me I would hear back within 24 hours, but I didn’t receive a call the next day. When I followed up, I managed to reach her, but she answered the phone in a very brusque manner. I would have appreciated a warm greeting, something like, "Hello! How may I help you?"

Everything has become quite pricey lately—$38 for just two bowls and some chips, not including drinks. The food was good, but it does seem steep for just two bowls. I prefer this location over the one in Auburn-Carmichael, especially if you like a quieter atmosphere. This El Camino location is more appealing to me, and we used to live right across the street from here. It's impressive that it's still open after 10 years!
The food appeared to have been sitting out all day, and there was remnants of previous orders all over the counter. Everything looked dried out and the place was extremely filthy. Everyone waiting in line ended up walking out. This establishment needs to be closed down. I will definitely be reporting this store because food should always be fresh, not in such a poor state.

Had a pick up order. Picked up the food and noticed they put no cheese in my kid’s quesadilla. Just two flour tortillas. They gave me about a half a teaspoon of chicken in my burrito and the guacamole I ordered was brown. Terrible experience and it’s unfortunate. I’ll just go to the chipotle on Arden way going forward.
We went for lunch to sample the new garlic steak at 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, we were informed that we would need to wait at least 5-10 minutes for a fresh batch, which wasn’t ideal for us. As a result, we chose the chicken instead, but it was served lukewarm.
I experienced the worst customer service ever. When I requested a spoon, the staff just stood there as if nothing was wrong. It's hard to believe! I definitely won't be coming back.
I had a Barbacoa bowl and it had hardly any meat. So I had to pay for double meat.. The food is delicious, but it has really gotten pricey.

Good place fast food and OK environment ?. Only bad thing is that I list my keys in the parking lot.
Staff are super nice, specially the gay guy and the european (probably romanian) lady.
