This is literally the worst chipotle in central jersey. Maybe ever. Possibly worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. No idea how they’re still open with the amount of complaints they get. I just found a long blonde hair in my food (my hair is black) which doesn’t even surprise me because their hygiene is nowhere to be found. First off, they don’t know what double meat means. If you order online you’re going to get half of whatever portion you’re used to getting. Many of the workers are consistently rude, and they act like the meat portions are coming out of their paycheck. This restaurant has the potential to be a wonderful spot, but it's unfortunate that the administration has chosen the wrong team to run it. This is my second visit, as I believe every place deserves a second chance. However, I was disappointed to find the restaurant dirty once again. There was nowhere comfortable to sit and eat; all the tables were unclean, and there was a flood of rubbish on the floor. The soda machines needed refilling, and the staff were loud and using inappropriate language. The overall lack of professionalism was alarming. The noise from the employees was so distracting that I couldn't enjoy my meal at all. The experience reminded me of a chaotic high school cafeteria....
After reading so many other customers' reviews, I am glad to know I'm not the only one. This specific location is terrible. If it wasn't blocks from my house I would never go back. I have to attribute it to the ****-poor management here because when I go to other locations the experience is always great. They close early without warning. No matter what time of day I've gone, they are ALWAYS out of something (and usually they are out of more than one thing). For a place with a limited menu to be routinely inconsistent with what's available is ridiculous. Especially such a busy location. And it's not for lack of staff because there are always plenty of people, they just never have things ready...
This Chipotle is ass. They fucked up my entire order. I asked for pollo asado then they said they ran out. I asked for steak and they gave me chicken. I asked for white rice and they gave me brown. This is the shittiest Chipotle. They have nothing, they are always late, and they **** up orders all the time. I'm never eating here again. It's worse then eating ima fucking sewer. I wish I could give no stars. Btw I just saw the reviews and the last 5 star was a few years ago but the latest 1 star was less than a month. This Chipotle and all the staff can go to hell.

Travis tonight (9/7/22) just gave me excellent service as well as the wonderful lady who packed my food! They were out of some ingredients that are my favorites, but I did come at the end of the day so I'm not faulting them for that. Really nice people working here now. I recommend coming in to place your order over the app, I've had weird glitches with their app and with going there myself and ordering, I get the satisfaction of knowing it's done just the way I like. Thank you guys for a great service and a great meal!
I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. The guy who assisted me started taking the order of a customer who arrived after me and just left me standing there while my food got cold. Another staff member came over to ask about the order of the customer behind me and then walked away without helping me. Frustrated, I ended up leaving and went to eat at the restaurant next door, which was much better.
East Brunswick location really stepped up their game! For awhile we thought we were officially done with chipotle but recently decided to try again. We were very happy. Travis, Crystal and Nayeem did a great job. Travis was especially friendly, patient and accommodating. We will def be returning to the East Brunswick location
They decided to ration meat while the lady before me had triple the normal amount! They wait until the container is nearly empty before making or refilling food?? The girl at the bar was rude.. and dismissed people who were making complaints! The area where the toppings are kept was disgusting and not kept clean!Food: 4/5

I ordered from here for the first time in over a year, hoping for a better experience, but it was still disappointing. The bowl only had about three pieces of chicken, and the chips were incredibly stale. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here; I certainly won't be returning.
I ordered a bowl with fajita veggies, but they were missing. Everything else was really fresh and delicious!
