this place was my favorite place. after the experience of today I changed my mind. at 2 o'clock I stopped ordering 3 dishes. while I was able to hear different songs in line 2. 1 of the Chipotle speakers and the other of a worker? the playlist. the playlist has blurred a tonne fluchworte. I saw how the staff worked. it seemed to me it was difficult for the workers in the front line to hear the commands. finally? I ordered 1 bowl to double meat with 2 different meats. the server was not happy when I mentioned that she did not give a double meat and that she gave half 1 meat and half the other meat. as a more common customer, I was aware that double meat was extra. we wanted to pay extra. the...
I always try to be fair in my reviews, but I can't overlook the numerous issues we encountered at this Chipotle today. We arrived at 7:00 PM to find the line stretching almost out the door. The young staff members seemed disorganized and undisciplined, and it appeared that the new employee was struggling to keep up in a very chaotic environment. Meanwhile, other team members watched him without offering any assistance. To make matters worse, the ice machine was broken, forcing us to ask for ice from behind the counter. I really try hard to be generous in my reviews. But I can not get past the multiple failures we experienced tonight at this Chipotle. We came in at 7p.m. and the line was nearly out the door. The staff of young people was undisciplined, disorganized and it appeared that the new guy was floundering unaided in the fatal funnel at the center position on the food prep line. Other employees watched as he struggled sticking diligently to their positions. The ice machine was out of order so we had to ask for ice from behind the counter. The floor was a disaster. This place is absolutely terrible! Owners/management, you should be ashamed for allowing such careless staff to work here. It doesn’t matter who they are, but especially since I had children with me, we shouldn’t have to endure an atmosphere filled with such chaos and inappropriate behavior while trying to order food. The staff played the loudest, most obnoxious music I’ve ever heard. I refuse to subject myself and my children to this regrettable experience. Is this what you consider acceptable? Every time I visit a chipotle, I go in hoping it?s better then the last time. This visit was absolutely the worst. My husband and I went in together but ordered and paid separately. The ?girl? that was taking the initial part of the order was very dismissive of me. I ordered the new brisket and there was maybe to scoops left. I knew my husband was going to order that also and asked if the had a fresh batch coming out (I knew there would be because I saw a cook in the back chopping up fresh brisket) I asked to wait for it and she completely ignored me. 12/17/21 Very very disappointed. I gave it one star because, if I'm being totally honest, I still at the food. But if I hadn't been traveling all day, and if I wasn't starving, and if I hadn't just driven out of my way to go to Chipotle because it's one of my FAVS, I would have just gone somewhere else. This place was NOT clean. I wouldn't say it was nasty, but it wasn't what I've seen at the 60 or so other Chipotles I've been in. I've posted the pictures, you can see for yourself. The food was marginal. Also not what I've come to expect. But again, I still ate it. This location has got to do better! (Intentional with the improper use of words.
I visited the restaurant for lunch on Saturday at 11:44. I was looking forward to trying the new steak, but it wasn't ready yet. Next, I ordered a fountain drink, only to be informed that there was no ice. Fine, I opted for water instead, but there was none cold in the fridge, just warm water that was brought out from behind the counter. The restaurant had been open for over an hour, yet it seemed completely unprepared to serve customers. They really need to reconsider their management; it’s clear that the manager is not doing their job effectively.
The staff were friendly, but I couldn't help but notice that it seemed like they were cutting corners on the food portions. My bowl hardly contained any rice or meat—there were maybe two small pieces of chicken! I can't understand how someone who serves this food would be satisfied with such a small amount themselves. If I’m paying over $10, I expect more than what feels like $5 worth of food. I left feeling hungry and disappointed. The whole store is just nasty. Food leftovers on the tables, dinning floors. The kitchen floor is covered with foot stuff. The employees dumped my rice chicken and beans, salad and tomato?s like garbage in my bowl. I should have just left the store but I was shocked and needed time to process. When I got home I just dumped the food. It?s just unbelievable that anyone just go there .
