My husband just picked up lunch from Chipotle. We live 1.2 miles away. First off, there were a few pieces of steak in the pan and they were going to put that in my burrito. My husband asked for the fresher meat. Secondly, the flour tortilla was so coldand hard, and all ingredients were ice cold, even the items that should have been hot/warm. He ordered the burrito bowl and gotthe same cold food. We have ordered before from this location and have gotten excellent warm food even after driving the 1.2miles. Chipotle has been one of my favorite food spots for years. The food is always fresh and hot. I love the clean and organic ingredients. The service is always fast and great.
