I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 11:40, but I didn't receive it until 12:00. This is the third time I've experienced this issue at this location. There were about five other customers waiting for their orders too, while people who walked in to place orders were served quickly with no line at all. I decided to get in line and informed an employee about the delay and asked if he could check on my order to avoid making duplicates. He said he would help. It was quite warm inside, despite the heat outside. The staff, however, were friendly, which was a nice touch. The food was tasty, but I've noticed that the portion sizes have decreased while the prices remain the same. I understand the challenges of inflation, but I’d prefer to pay a bit more for the larger portions they used to serve. I've also ordered delivery from this restaurant, and I'd caution against it; I've never received a completely accurate order in all the years I've been ordering. This restaurant is located on the hill, and I used to eat here frequently. However, I decided to give it another try tonight and placed an order for delivery. Unfortunately, my meal arrived an hour late, and instead of being packaged properly, it was wrapped in loose aluminum foil, which I found completely unhygienic. To make matters worse, there were missing items, and they even blamed me for it. I ordered a veggie quesadilla, but what I received was a cold tortilla with barely melted cheese inside—clearly, it hadn't been cooked at all. This experience was ridiculous, and I believe this restaurant either needs to improve its management or be closed down altogether.
This place has really declined. I used to dine here regularly, but I won’t be returning. I decided to give it another chance and ordered through delivery this evening. It arrived an hour late, and instead of coming in a takeout box, it was just wrapped in loose, opened aluminum foil—completely unhygienic! The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The portions are very large, and the food tastes great. I have no complaints.
Update: Last night was a bit disappointing. I had to stand inside to place an online order, which is understandable as per their procedures. However, some employees behaved as if they were alone, ignoring the paying customers nearby. The sharp comments exchanged between them were inappropriate—no customer wants to hear an employee say to another, "Dang, don’t you see I’m doing something else? You do it!"
At that point, the manager came over and informed me that they couldn’t help with online orders because they had other tasks to attend to. I mentioned that I had already been waiting for 20 minutes, but she still refused to assist anyone with their online orders. It seemed that if someone walked in, they would be served immediately, while those who ordered online were left waiting. Honestly, if I had been in the restaurant, I could have ordered and received my food much faster. I won't be ordering online from this place again.

I found it to be a good value since I was able to use my birthday chips and guacamole. However, I placed an online order for a 11:50 pick-up, but it wasn't ready until noon. When they finally located my order, it was missing the chips and guacamole. Although everything was eventually resolved, the Chipotle staff didn't seem very invested in helping customers.
