Last Saturday I went to this Chipotle to get a quick meal for me. I arrived at 3:45. There were maybe 3-4 customers in front of me and I saw at least 6 employees who float around, but only one on the line. It took 20 minutes before it was my turn!! I ordered my bowl and watched it go down. When the worker was finished, she did not mark my bowl (or each of the bowls) and pushed it towards the cashier. The cashier rang the customer before me and I wanted to keep an eye on my bowl. I bought 4 bowls, the server was tossing the food in the plate. I simple ask her to be more gently. As the food was all over on the counter. She started yelling at me that she has a line and she's doing her job. Regardless of the line I was also in the line waiting patiently for my food she has no right or no reason to disrespect me. I was with my son so I didn't want to create a scene but it's the nastiest service I have ever receive . Had to go back several times cause they messed up online order 1st time gave me the bag with correct name and order info but wrong food inside...different order completely...2nd time it wasn't the right order...ordered extra everything and it was even less then what a normal order would be..so i go back a 3rd time I gave food back and asked them to put money back on card and they said I had to go online/call customer service. I’ve noticed some changes at Chipotle that have me concerned. When did they start adding lettuce and cheese to their guacamole to substitute for avocados? It feels like the service at this location has declined. Not long ago, you couldn’t order in person at all; everything had to be done online. Now, it seems like you can only order certain items in person, while others still require an online order. For instance, when I asked for chicken in person, I was told I had to order it online. I've been ordering from this restaurant for several years, and every single time my order has been incorrect. I really can't understand how the service can be this poor. I love the food here, but it's clear that I can't continue going to this location. Tonight, I received an entirely wrong order! Although it had our sticker with the correct information, the food inside clearly belonged to another customer. This is a major error. In the past, I've had other issues as well—my food often looks like it was thrown into the taco (it's a complete mess), and I've received the wrong ingredients far too often. I’m done with this location.
I ordered my food and they managed to make everything wrong. It's a delivery order. I ordered a bowl with selected toppings and a steak burrito. I got no burrito at all and instead I got two completely identical bowls with each topping them offer. No forks and no napkins. Maybe we have to stop hiring teenagers who only need a job and start to hire people who actually want to do the food right and do their job. Unacceptable.
This is our second time ordering from this restaurant, and unfortunately, we've encountered issues both times. During our first visit, they ran out of steak, so we had to settle for chicken, and we were charged for two salad dressings. On our second visit, when we ordered through the mobile app, both of our entrees arrived cold. Additionally, they were out of blackberry Izzy, sour cream, and fajitas.
WORST LOCATION EVER WHO’s the Manager . This location needs ALOT OF HELP. they was behind on online/delivery orders/ and regular people who are coming into order as well The Line was LONG because they ran out of chicken and steak. When you get low you should have someone making more you do not wait until the last min to fix more meat.

If the stools look like this, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Also, I stood by the shelf for mobile pickup for 15 mins beyond my pick up time. Someone finally asked me for my name and grabbed my bag of cold food. Awesome. Oh, and it didn't have my chips either.
Probably the worst Chipotle ever. I wish I could give them a Zero. I actually got staples in my food. Had to make a complaint to corporate to get my refund
