I was supposed to pick up my order at 8:40, but I waited at the window for five minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. When the girl finally approached, she just stared at me, so I said I was there for a pickup. She asked for my name, which I provided. After another 10 minutes, I still hadn’t received my food. Then another guy came to the window and asked for my name again, and when I repeated it, he informed me that they hadn’t even made my order yet because they were out of white rice. Please avoid this Chipotle location at all costs. I was shocked by how terrible it was; they're tarnishing the brand's reputation. The guacamole was brown, the chips were stale, and the food was soggy. I ordered ahead of time, thinking it would be easier with my two young children, but it was obvious the food had been prepared and left to sit for 1.5 hours. It was inedible. The staff doesn't seem to take any pride in their work. One star feels generous. This is the second time I've had a similar experience, months apart. They should probably consider overhauling their team or just shutting down altogether. I will definitely not be returning.
The staff were fantastic! They were incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, even during a busy time. The food lived up to expectations and was delicious. I did notice that the portions in each bowl seemed a bit smaller than I remembered, but that could just be nostalgia. I highly recommend this place—it's reasonably priced, offers a good amount of food in each bowl, and is an ideal choice for an active person, especially with all the protein from the extra meat options!
The front door was locked, but it's ok, the little side one was open so we walked right in... (it was 11am, so we good). Yeah this place was clean and the food portions were excellent I was a wee bit worried based on some themes I've read about on the Chipotle Reddit sub about portion cuts, but I can definitely say that in person at this location, you get what you pay for. Excellent. Will be back.

I used to work at Chipotle, so I understand that mistakes can happen. However, the employees here seem to lack diligence. It appears they don't check the bowls they're putting in the bags, as I’ve received the wrong order twice this month. I'm compelled to order from here, but this situation is becoming absurd.
This Chipotle location consistently forgets ingredients and never gets my online orders right. I wouldn't recommend ordering online here! I've also tried calling in, but they never seem to answer.

I ordered Chipotle for my little sister. When we got it, the food looked like it was partially eaten. At least I got a refund. Next time imma order from the chipotle app.
They found a cockroach where the food was being prepared at... Two of the employees were running around with the bug, and the peppers was over
