This place is an utter disaster has been for months. My guess is it is about to shut down. If you want an easy quick meal DO NOT come here. Online ordering pickup time is ALWAYS wrong tonight it was 30 minutes extra wait time being told there were no chips upon picking up my order. 2 workers assembling kept re opening food orders looking confused. 3 workers PLUS a manager in the back of the kitchen chatting the entire 30 minutes I sat waiting for my food, while people walked in to find out that you could only order online. There are serious problems with the management and ownership of this Chipotle Mexican Grill. The staff appeared overburdened and had difficulty maintaining smooth operations. While my online ordering experience was disappointing, that wasn’t the biggest issue. Although my order took a bit longer than expected, it still arrived within a reasonable time. It’s evident that employees are stretched too thin. Management must take immediate action to enhance the customer experience. No worker should have to endure such conditions, and judging by other reviews, this has been an ongoing issue.
Upon arriving, I was informed that the website only accepted online orders, which was quite inconvenient. I could have placed my order in advance if I had known. However, I will say that they prepared my order very quickly. The only other issue I encountered was that I had requested extra sour cream, but it was left out. I noticed the staff preparing orders, and it seemed like I didn't receive what I wanted because the sour cream ran out in front of me while others were still waiting. Other than that, my food was excellent and fresh. I'm a big fan of Chipotle!
Easily so bad that it shouldn?t even be called Chipotle. Doesn?t represent the brand, nobody there cares to the point that it?s almost passive aggressive towards paying customers. Food is terrible, don?t know how you mess up cooking rice when that?s whatyou do for a living but they consistently do. This place should be shut down and sealed off like a radioactive disaster zone. Gross, not clean, awful people. Literally a negative advertisement for the brand. Shut it down or clean house both literallyand figuratively, because it?s a dirty mess.

Serious problems with management/ownership of this location. The workers were hustling, doing their best to keep up. Online ordering only, which stinks, but no biggie, right? Waited a little long to get my order, but I received it in a reasonable timeframe. Very severely understaffed and the workers were overworked. Management/ownership needs to step up and do what needs to bedone to properly staff their stores. No one should have to work in conditions like that, and based off of other reviews, thishas been a problem for quite some time.
Easily the worst fast food experience i?ve ever had. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, cheese, salsa, beans, and steak. It was $16 dollars. I got $3 worth of food. Then my tacos looked like a blind person threw them together. AND they didn?t give me the guacamole i paid $5 for. Safe to say i will never order from this chipotle again. It?s an absolute disgrace. Don?t waste your time.
When they first opened it was great. Now this place is disgusting. From undercooked food to dirty food station. Chipotle is no longer an option for me. Every time I eat here I get diarrhea. I hope they close this place before somebody seriously get sick.
The customer service here is awful. There’s no greeting when you walk in, and it takes about 20 minutes to receive your food despite there being very few customers. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited.

The worst customer service ever. When you walk in, no one greets you. Take 20 minutes just to get your food ready when no one is there. Gave me bursts left over steaks. The worst Chipotle ever.
