I really enjoy Chipotle's burrito's. This store is very clean and the staff conduct themselves very professionally. With that being said, I believe they could do a better job preparing their customers food. The pork (I really enjoy pork) was soggy and appeared pale white in texture. It really did not look appetizing. Then, as the preparer was closing the burrito, it was exuding a great deal of watery liquid and causing the preparer trouble in properly closing the burrito. NOTE: After arriving at my domicile, I did find that the extraneous liquid was considerably less and the meal was quite appetizing. During my visit to the restaurant, the cashier's attitude was the worst I've ever encountered. I tried to ask for her name, but she wasn't wearing a name tag. When I requested her to scan my barcode for a reward from my app, she responded that she didn't know anything about it. After figuring it out myself (which was for a complimentary guacamole), I scanned the barcode, but the price didn’t change. She refused to assist me and simply told me to pay, which I did. Horrible experience at this place repeatedly. They expect one order per person. If you decide to order multiple bowls they try to hasten the process and barely fill the bowl with anything. I had the cashier come to me and tell me ?You are holding up the line? while I was trying to provide instructions for the different bowls. On most occasions the counters are dirty filled with spilled food from previous orders. Have had past instances where the guac was brown and gone bad. Yikes, one of the female employees here needs an attitude adjustment, I wish I got her name. I paid for my food, she gave me my change back and didn't even bother to pass my bag to me, she just left it there by the register and walked away to the back. Bad place!! I asked for a small addition for my son in the children's portion and they did not agree to add it. In addition, the place is dirty and there was no table to sit. In addition, when I complained, the manager laughed in my face instead of giving service! Don't come here!
The staff has extremely poor organizational skills. I was told to wait 10-15 minutes, only to be informed that they had run out of food. This has happened four times now. It's entirely unacceptable. I've given this place too many opportunities, and I won't be coming back.
Check out Cabo Fresh in the TJ Max parking lot! It's more affordable, and you get a generous portion of meat. This place tends to skimp on the meat, so you might need to order a double, which ends up costing more. It's a bit of a rip-off!
