I also ordered a large bag of chips, but they charged me for two. My boyfriend chose a steak bowl, and the employee seemed more focused on her conversation than preparing his meal properly. Once our food was ready, they casually set it down and resumed their chatting without checking us out. It wasn't until what seemed to be the supervisor asked another employee—who was limping—to process our payment. Her attitude made it clear she didn’t want to be there. When our total came to nearly $40, I was taken aback since we had never spent that much before, but the poor service discouraged me from raising the issue. We just wanted to eat and leave. I just had my first dining experience at this location, and I have to say I was more than impressed! Everywhere I looked, the place was clean, neat, and inviting; from the big picture windows, dining area, food prep and serving stations to the staff themselves! I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, the portions were just the right amount, and the food items were fresh (and the proper temperature! This is a Chipotle I look forward to returning to, even though there is one closer to me in Springboro; the management team from the Springboro location should take a drive down to Middletown and take some lessons on proper procedures from this restaurant's style, cleanliness and fresh food!

I have had some incredibly disappointing experiences ordering from this location recently. Twice now, we received incorrect orders. Once, my wife and I were given chicken instead of steak, and another time, one of our bowls had no meat at all. Additionally, we waited almost ten minutes at the window while they tried to locate our incorrectly prepared order, and during another visit, we spent a similar amount of time waiting in the drive-thru while cars in front of us were served. This location really needs to improve; I've never encountered issues like this with any other Chipotle.

The experience was quite odd, as it felt like they were eager for customers to leave. Although they close at 10, shortly after 9, the staff member at the register begins stacking chairs on the unclean tables, giving the impression that they are already closed. This seems like a tactic to discourage new customers from entering. The tables are often dirty, and patrons are expected to clean them themselves. The staff seems more focused on stacking chairs than maintaining cleanliness, and the overall friendliness is lacking. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Unfortunately it is hard to get a pick up order right here. Maybe one too many chances given at this point. Check your order before you leave. Label says one thing, made completely different on the inside. Edit: wife made same mistake as I did, 2 hours later. They royally screwed that one up too. Totally not what she ordered. Downgraded to 1 star, would go zero if I could. Never again. Never again.......

This has been the worst Chipotle I?ve been too. My quesadilla was 8.95, more than a chicken bowl just for a mediocre serving of cheese! I asked to get more and they said that was the portion for a quesadilla. Also my chicken was super burnt. Chipotle was my first job and I?m beyond disappointed on their lack of care for food quality.

This establishment isn?t terrible, just sloppy presentation most of the time, but it?s chipotle. No complaints about the staff or cleanliness. Portions are small, unfortunately compared to other chipotle?s. Pictured a chicken bowl.
