We ordered lunch online to pick up. We ordered two salads and a veg bowl. When we got back to the office there was virtually no lettuce in the salads and the lettuce we got was old and wilted so badly it looked like cooked spinach. It was the worst meal I have EVER gotten from Chipotle. Photos are attached. The lid with the lettuce is all of the lettuce in the entire salad. The second salad was just as bad and it shows virtually no lettuce and clearly the lettuce is old. Horrible. Tired to call but no way to reach location and on chat I was disconnected 3 times. Extremely disappointing!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and while the food and ambiance weren't the issue, the front staff really made it unpleasant. They were extremely rude, which soured our visit from the moment we walked in. This was especially disappointing for my 13-year-old daughter and me, as it was our first time there. The reviews here have been mixed to say the least, but I don't see a problem. It's your typical Chipotle no better , no worse. Service was fast. Everything was clean, incl bathroom. My burrito bowl was very good. No problems with drink refill. Not a destination spot, but no reason to avoid either.
Service is always great however food has been on decline at each of my recent visits. Today the rice was crunchy/hard like it had been sitting a while. Guac was brown, no green in sight. Sodas 3/4 filled. Chips were so salty that were not edible. Chicken was fatty/chewy. Just gross.
This is not my favorite restaurant chain. The menu items are unmarked, there are no refried beans, and it doesn't feel very authentic Mexican to me. Additionally, there was no Mexican music playing.

This Chipotle is the worst. They give the smallest portions (probably so they don’t have to make more) and are genuinely always out of chips. It’s also so dirty in there.
