I asked some advices because it was my first time in a Chipotle and the employees didn’t seem to care, even maybe laughed at me. Btw, there ́s no explanations of how it works ; we aren’t all born with fast food rules in our mind. The employees didn’t ask if I wanted to eat here or to take away. They just gave me the bag and I didn’t feel welcomed at all so I left. I won’t go back to a Chipotle ever Service: Takeaway
This is quite literally the RUDEST Chipotle staff I have EVER encountered. Unless you've got thick skin and can be stern with them, save yourself some time and go next door to one of the other places. There's no reason you should get belittled and laughed at while simply trying to order over the sound of blaring music and small portions. No thank you. 1/10 Service: Dine in
Best Chipotle. They're food is excellent. They season their meat to perfection. And the lady who made my bowl was great too. I had the chicken and the brisket. I ordered my food on the app and it told me my order was ready for pick up earlier than the time I set to pick up. The cashier was rude and said I was “too early” even though I was polite in asking if my order was ready. When I left I went back to work and when I opened my bowl, it was completely wrong. The CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TRASH ! Literally would sit and talk and crack jokes over your food to their coworkers instead of paying attention .The lobby is was dirty for no reason when it’s ENOUGH of them in there.
