I visited for lunch, and my experience was absolutely terrible! Here’s why: the staff assembling my quesadilla were wearing the same gloves after touching the cash register and, to my disgust, their phones. I observed this throughout my entire visit, leading me to believe that my food was likely prepared in the same unsanitary manner. It's revolting! I even feel a bit queasy as I write this, but I feel it’s important to warn future guests. Have they not been taught any food safety protocols, or do these young employees simply not care?
I have consistently had issues with this restaurant getting my orders wrong, and they never answer the phone to correct the mistakes or to process a refund. I attempted to call three times over three days at various times, knowing they wouldn't be busy, but no luck. Even when the restaurant isn't busy, the wait time for food is incredibly long. Their lack of attention to customer satisfaction is truly disappointing.
Since it opened, I've visited this restaurant eight times, and unfortunately, seven of those visits have left me disappointed. There's been a consistent lack of basic items like queso, guacamole, chips, cheese, and sour cream. The service and management have also not met my expectations. I've decided not to return. It’s hard to understand how a business can be profitable when they don't have the products to sell.
I thought maybe it was me. Maybe, I’m a little messed up. But no, after reading the many negative reviews it isn’t me. Yes, this place is disgusting. Yes, some of the workers have attitudes for no reason. Forget worst Chipotle, this is possibly the worst fast food joint I have ever been to.Seriously, where are the managers? If I can give this place a no star I would gladly done it! I ve ordered quesadillas the chicken was so burned that i literally wasn't sure if they put chicken in there or charcoal. HOW DISGUSTING!!!!!This is the type of food you serve to people????(Unbelievable) Spend 50 bux on two meals and it was absolutely disgusting! NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!?????
Whomever is working as the beginner server needs to be replaced! Horrible energy especially right at opening. Find a different location because this one is not it!
Rude employees! They dont even acknowledge you. Nasty attitude for no reason. They need a whole new staff turnaround asap.
