This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When I went to order my food, the cashier seemed clueless and overcharged me for extra guacamole. Even after I left, I realized she still charged me an extra $2. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to fix the issue, but no one answered. When I returned, there were several workers available with no customers, but they still didn't answer the phone. The manager, Yarisbeydi, offered to refund me for the chips I didn't even ask for, with no apologies. The cashier told me to throw the chips away, but I kept them to not waste food. Despite my attempts to explain, she continued talking over me and insisted that I insert my card for a refund. At that point, I was tempted to cancel the entire order due to her attitude, but I had already driven too far. She never once apologized or even made eye contact. When I inquired about when I would receive my refund, she simply said she did not know and proceeded to help the person behind me. As I left the restaurant, the man behind me even commented on the rudeness of the manager and mentioned that he too planned to report her. While the food was good, it is not worth receiving poor customer service and having mistakes made with your money.
I went to this restaurant today and ordered a quesadilla, but was told they only make it for online orders. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant, I requested to speak to a manager for assistance. The manager refused to help and did not make any effort to assist me. I frequent Chipotle often and have never experienced anything like this before. The manager's behavior was unprofessional. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
My last and final visit was Tuesday, February 20, 2024. A frequent customer for several years, but observed a DRASTIC decline in overall service. Never any sautéed veggies, significant decrease in portions, significant increase in prices and over/undercooked rice. I would leave zero stars if I could.This location has a bunch of slow teenagers with no supervision.This location is always out of stock of everything during mid day at 4pm on purpose. NO RICE, NO BEANS, NO fajitas, No Streak, No Chicken, No Sour Cream this is a damn shame CHIPOTLE need to do something about this get the right manger that cares because they are losing money and customers!!!
The service at this restaurant is consistently lackluster. It seems that the employees are just there to do their job without much concern for the customers. Chipotle should invest in better management and not place such a heavy burden on their staff. The apathy at this establishment is at an all-time high.
I have visited this restaurant many times because it is convenient to my home. However, last night I ordered a bowl and when I got home, the rice was extremely hard. I had to throw the whole bowl away. I was very disappointed, and despite calling the restaurant multiple times, no one ever answers.
I really appreciate how clean this restaurant is. I noticed one of the cooks washing her hands twice while I was there. The food tasted delicious and exactly as it should. I would highly recommend this place to others. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Price increase food portion decrease and customer service is like McDonald’s and yet they got tip jar sitting in front of the cash register, bad service no tip.
