I love chipotle and usually have an okay experience at this one in particular. After a long and hard and late day at work I was hoping I could pick up a salad on my way home. I walk into the store at 9 pm on a Sunday and the employee screams at the top of his lungs “we have no rice, no beans, no chicken, no beef, no lettuce.” That did not leave much for me to choose from. For context, this location wasn’t supposed to close until 10 pm so they were planning on not having those ingredients for customers for at least an hour. From working a long and stressful shift to seeing the employees at this chipotle be so rude and lazy was quite the juxtaposition. I won’t be back.
This is easily the worst Chipotle in the city. Having worked in retail and fast food myself, I understand how stressful it can be, but I’ve visited here twice during off-peak hours and both times they prioritized 3-4 in-person orders before even starting on mine, which was supposed to be ready for pick-up 5-10 minutes before I arrived. This is the second time I've been late to work because they failed to prepare my order on time. Meanwhile, the employees were just standing around, laughing and joking with one another, while giving me strange looks. Their behavior was very unprofessional and rude.
This really is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Bones in chicken, over salted meats, they almost never have anything that you want, girls always playing around in the back. It’s a really unprofessional, inefficient chipotle and I hate it because it’s the only one near the Columbia area
The portions at this restaurant are very small, but they are very generous with the sour cream. It's almost as if they are hesitant to give more, even though it's just a condiment. I don't understand why they are so stingy with the portions.

We didn't receive any guacamole on our dishes, even though we paid for it. They also skimped significantly on the cheese and sour cream, leaving us with very bare plates. I think I'll stick to the less convenient location from now on.
They open at 10:45, and at 10:55, seven people were already waiting outside for the doors to open, while the employees and owners were still visible through the window, finishing up their meals.
The restaurant was very crowded but the line moved quickly. The portions were large and the staff seemed impatient while taking my order, making me feel rushed.
The morning staff tend to mess up my order, but the night staff always get it right. Overall, it's a decent restaurant as long as...
