This is the third time I've ordered through the mobile app, and once again, my order was incomplete. I used the automated assistance feature to get help with the missing items, and I requested the “free guacamole” they offered. However, when I went to the restaurant to pick up my order, the staff told me there was nothing they could do. This experience feels like a rip-off and is not worth my time or money. Be sure to double-check your orders and be cautious with the “free” promotions.
My husband is a vegetarian and he loves chipotle. He eats there often.Chipotle always use plenty of food in their burritos and bowls. The guy who wrapped my burrito was a newbie I think, he couldn’t roll burrito at first. All in all, we like the food here we go there

The chips at this location were stale. I ordered the asada special in both a burrito bowl and a burrito, and the meat was good. However, the service was just average.
The steak was very tough, and the server was very slow. I was in line waiting, and she just kept talking to one of the workers without acknowledging me.
It was nothing too special. Chipotle's food is def overhyped but it was fine. Sometimes it feels too stuffy in there.
