Chipotle Mexican Grill

Iv been coming to this location for 7 years. Today I experienced the worst customer service of any restaurant Iv ever been too. I ordered a pickup. App says it would be ready at 9:20. I get there 9:25. Not ready. I waited. It’s now 9:35. The girl at the counter ignored me. There was 2 other people in the entire restaurant. I tried to talk to another young man. He said they didn’t have my order. App says it’s done and ready for pickup. Says I may have the wrong location. Showed him my confirmation email. Never offered to help or anything. Girl still just standing there. Had to call and get my money back through toll free number. I won’t be back here.

I have been eating here almost everyday for years and recently they have really holding on their chicken portions. I pay almost $20 everyday to get less than double chicken serving. It’s mainly the new manager “Miranda” who does that. I’m legit coming in with a food scale to get what i’m paying for.

The underappreciated staff do their best to keep up with the demand. I frequently see people get mad at the staff when items run out. Be patient with them, they don't control order rushes that deplete supplies.

Kept declining my debit card but I went up the block to another restaurant and it worked just fine. ? who

Beans are never cooked thoroughly. Good people though.
