Horrible experience! I am a big fan of chipotle in Rye Brook so I expected a similar experience in Mamk. I have never had this type of experience at any other location. I got there this evening at 8:30 PM and you would think that they were closing up. I checked online and they don’t close till 10 PM. The place is run by three teenagers that really didn’t seem to care about the customer or the business. They had run out of white rice, steak, sour cream, guacamole and fajitas. I waited a few minutes at the register to pay while the cashier was counting out their tips from the tip jar. I have eaten at many a chipotle in my life and one of its main benefits it always getting what you expect. But this location doesn’t live up to the general standards. They filled our online order with half the ingredients we asked for in our meals, including leaving out extras we paid for. We got just like random scraps of different meats etc in our meals as well- like they didn’t have enough of each one so just threw something together. When we picked up they were obviously packing up for the night so we assume they ran out of things, but never did us the courtesy to tell us they didn’t have most of the stuff we ordered or offer a refund. I was thrilled to find out that my favorite burrito spot is now closer to us. My previous experiences with other locations had been disappointing, but on March 29, 2021, I decided to give it another shot—and I’m so glad I did. My order was spot on! The large guacamole actually came in a genuinely large container, unlike the small plastic ones I usually receive. I really hope the service remains this great. Thank you to everyone who worked on our order; you made dinner with the family fantastic!
I usually love Chipotle, but today I had a disappointing experience. I wanted to order a chicken cheese quesadilla, but they wouldn’t take my order, claiming it would slow down the line and that they just didn’t want to make it. So, I ended up ordering a chicken bowl instead, but I noticed that the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. It feels like there's always some kind of problem when I go to Chipotle.

The staff are nice, the food is good, but my husband and I have ordered chips sporadically with burrito bowls since they opened and I have never had anything other than completely stale chips. Probably 4 or 5 experiences and last night cemented that we?ll never order chips and guac on the side again, since it?s just a waste of money.
A fairly lazy show over there with no attempt to give you what you ordered. Pointless to type in the different components you want. You’ll get what you get and witness staff having childlike temper tantrums over having to go to the back for a sec to get more bags. I’m embarrassed for them
This place has improved 100 percent after the flood. Before the flood the staff who made the plates were not friendly. The portions were small. I took a chance and came back today. It was black and white. I applaud the manager, I don't know her name. Good job!!!
Just got a mobile order, in the past have not been satisfied. The individual working the mobile lane today has done an amazing job . Great people like this is why I come back . I hope everyone at the store strives to this excellence:

Our electronically submitted order was prepared incorrectly and the chips were stale. Avoid ordering from this particular Chipotle (in Mamaroneck) they are very inconsistent with their quality and service.
