Finally learned that the key is not to get the sour cream and sofrito/salsa, and/or hot sauce, on top of my food, but on the side so as not to interfere with the flavor of the meat and rice. Also, the condiments are cold, and I don't want the cold on my warm food. Because of that, I FINALLY get why Chipotle is so loved! It's taken me YEARS to discover this. I think the rice is flavored with either lemon or lime and I LOVE it! Especially with the cilantro. DELICIOUS! I flavor my rice the same way. Some of the rice is always a little al dente, but tolerable. Better that than mush. The best is getting the steak and chicken. Then have a seat and mix a little of the condiments as you eat. TO! DIE...
During a hectic lunch rush at the location on 4009 Broadway, they accidentally added salad to my bowl without me asking. Despite being a bit annoying, I was still prepared to pay and eat it. When I went to pay with my card, the manager smiled and told me I was all set to go. The service here is consistently fast, friendly, and low-stress, even when the line is out the door. They really should acknowledge when they offer exceptional customer service, as it is not common. Thank you for making my lunch much more enjoyable today.
For some reason, this location often runs low on items several hours before closing time. This wouldn’t be a problem if they planned to restock, but once they're out, they're out. Additionally, they rarely offer rice without cilantro, unlike every other Chipotle I've visited in the city. The chips here are excessively salty, and the guacamole frequently seems to change color. It's a real shame because this place is so conveniently located.
Please beware of this restaurant! I can't be the only one who has found rocks in my food. It happened to me back in 2017, and I promised myself I would never eat there again. Fast forward to 2024, and I thought I'd give it another try on March 29th, but I encountered the same issue, just with smaller pieces. That's it for me—I'm done with Chipotle! Has anyone else experienced this at this location?

Food was below par compared to other locations. Service was rude and taking their sweet time at such a busy hour. There was no lettuce or any drink options available too, and few seats (people were taking up seats with their bags or just sitting there talking as I was forced to stand). Overall very upset about the experience.
They ran out of half of their topping salsa sour cream guacamole…. And on and on and I waited on line and they didn’t say anything until you went to order. Worst customer service! Who does that?!
