I have visited this store many times. On every visit it is completely dirty and trashed. The staff is so unfriendly. They took over 20 minutes to restock all containers with a line of at least 15 people. The person cooking the chicken wasn’t even paying attention to the food and when it was flipped it was completely burnt. Every visit they are out of guacamole. This visit they were out of guacamole and mild salsa. They said the manager was making more guacamole but it would take at least 30 minutes then it would take 40 minutes to make salsa. The to go order station had plenty of guacamole and salsa but they couldn’t use that even though they were making more. No orders were even coming in....
Consistently not only the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, but one of the worst restaurants in Knoxville. Every time we go here, we swear we won’t go back and a couple months later we will give them a shot. And inevitably, they screw it up.Always an issue with this location. Today we went in and they were out of both pico and guacamole at 11:45 AM. Fully understand being out of certain things but they had guacamole on the to go station but would not provide it to customers in the regular line. We asked to speak to a manager just to understand the situation and the rude employee never got one. Every time we go into this location, they are either out of something, forget something in your ord...
Seriously what happened here? It 's like it just gave up. The inside is an absolute mess. It always looks like they just had a huge rush. Which is fine and all, but come on! I wouldn 't normally write a review, but what pushed me over the edge is the staff informs us that they are out of white rice. Which clearly is true because at the in-house order station it is clearly empty..... However, at the online order station there is a full container sitting right there filled and still steaming. Way to prioritize physical customers who put up with your dumpster fire of a store over the online folks.
We arrived a few minutes after the posted opening time and they still werent open. They finally opened about 10 mins late and weren't ready to serve. I got told multiple times we will be right with you. Then she starts my burrito and says we only have chicken ready. They seemed annoyed that me and the other customers were there. Great place if you wanna wait around for a bunch of zoomers more worried about hanging with their fellow broccoli heads scrolling through tik tok.To make you a sub par burrito. This location is always out of something. Which is sad. When you get food from here you. You probably should check for fece residue on your food. Due to the staff having their fingers jammed up their rectums.
Horrible wait but nice people. The place was really dirty. The food was favor less. Most items were out of stock. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. NO lemonades or ice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to Turkey Creek location.
I can't believe I paid 16 bucks for the smallest burrito I've ever seen. It's insulting. You've had too much bad press to still be this awful. I'm not doing this again.
