Walked in, saw the floors were covered in food and trash, the drink dispenser had no ice and the other tea dispensers were empty and that general area was a complete mess. Went to the counter to order and once again they were out of some food and it also looked like it had been sitting for a while. Took a step back to see that the whole front counter area was absolutely filthy and hadn’t been cleaned whatsoever. The kicker? There was only one other party of 2 there and about 6 or 7 people working there and the place was a complete disaster. If I could give this place a zero star review, I WOULD. This is quite possibly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. They put rice, beans, and chicken in my bowl and then all the workers ditched my order and went into the back to split their $2 worth of tips. All the workers were on their phone and could care less about my order. The portions were the smallest portions I have ever received at any Chipotle and the workers seemed aggravated when I asked for extra on my bowl. Every single time I order from this chipotle they get my order wrong. If they are out of ingredients, they do not tell you, even if you paid extra for those ingredients. I ordered a burrito bowl with rice, steak, cheese, queso Blanco, beans, corn salsa, guac, veggies. What I got was a bowl of rice with beans and queso Blanco. I agree with the last few reviews. My wife placed an online order for us. She went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying they were out of rice. The order wasn't fulfilled, and there was no heads up. She asked them if they could make it without rice and was told to get in the back of the line, or make a request online for a refund. She got in line because she didn't want the headache of dealing with trying to get a refund. When it was finally her turn she found out they were out of steak that we ordered, so we had to get chicken. When we ate it the chicken was so burnt it was disgusting. The food here has gone way downhill. I gave them 2 different opportunities. The steak was dry and overdone, the chicken was also overcooked. Both burritos had missing ingredients. Each time I had to wait well past the order time for my app order and I was driving several minutes away. The first time they couldn't find the order. Skip this location if possible.
Do not order for pick up, you will absolutely get scammed. I order double meat and burrito is extremely small and does not have more than a 2 oz piece of meat on it, 1 chunk placed at 1 end of the burrito. Place has gone down hill.

Half of the bowl is empty in Online Order. It seems the workers here aren't very attentive; they smoke behind the Chipotle parking lot. Not going here again
