Do not go to this Chipotle, terrible customer service. They had a line out the door at 7 pm and it hadn’t moved at all in over 15 minutes. They then told us the cash register was broken and it was “online ordering only”. They could have told us that information much sooner instead of having the staff on their phones desperately trying and failing to fix the problem in front of us. Myself and about 20 other people immediately left when they told us finally.
BEWARE! Make sure to check your bill before paying. They will try and sneak side orders into your bill without you noticing. Did it to me two days in a row. When I confronted the manager about it, she was rude, condescending, and mean. Never going back
Just went to pick up a salad bowl and the employee kept scraping the bottom of the pan when the brown rice was finished. Also the place was very sloppy. The employee did not speak English and did not understand when I was expressing my concerns.
Consistent chipotle experience. Food was good. Service was quick. Lost a star because the cashier gave me my food, looked me up and down, and called me ugly in Spanish to the girl on the line. I guess she thought I wouldn’t understand Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Not one single employee here speaks english. Corporate needs to look into this location, itll ruin the brand. Staff refused to make my bowl Gluten Free. Dont go here.
Call me crazy, but I prefer Taco Bell over Chipotle. There's just nothing else like a crunchy Taco Supreme.
I love there food...they usually give a good size portion...prices are reasonable...free parking...
