Update: Food has become just okay. When I open the top to the container of food it’s all just haphazardly thrown in there. I now do mobile ordering to avoid lines and the lunch rush. I’ve had the pleasure of having to deal with the same rude young girl at the register. Oh yeah, now you have to tell them your name in order to get your food because I guess people are taking food that’s not theirs from the to-go shelves? Anyway, every time I come here I get the same attitude-filled woman who asks my name and then turns to get my order, seals the bag, and throws it at me across the counter lol. I had the most unprofessional rudest customer service experience I have ever encountered at the Dover location! The young lady that completes orders on the cold side had the nastiest disposition someone could ever display working in a food establishment. I asked her the name of a certain item she rudely shrugged her shoulders, turned her face up said I don't know in disgust. Then she had the audacity to say, you staring at me too.....after that I really lost my cool spoke my mind to her. The manager/supervisor immediately came over to diffuse the situation by asking what happened. He immediately told her to leave the line walk away. I travel a lot and chipotle is one of my go to places for a healthier eating. Never had issues with chipotle service. Tonight I brought my family in to try out for there first time. The lady on the rice and meats side was very understanding and kind. The lady on the cold side was very rude with a nasty attitude. My parents don’t speak English so I have to translate and communicate what they want on there bowl. Not upset with the food just upset with the service and experience my family received.
Yesterday evening I went to the Chipotle at Dover 9/30 at 7 p.m., the customer service was so efficient! Whoever worked the shift this night has a great team. they were so busy and packed, but everyone was productive while he was still talking and laughing among their team members. They employed their jobs customers. Great work on employees and managers in this shift! I love an efficient and productive team.
Phoned on the day, left a message and within minutes be called me back. He had also seen my email. Arranged an appointment for the Chipotle Mexican Grill to be swept for the day. He turned up bang on time. Very polite and tidy. You'll soon realise Mark loves fireplaces and is knowledgeable about his trade. Chipotle Mexican Grill has a Great service. Can easily recommend. I ordered food online. When I got to the parking lot to pickup my food I realize that I had left my mask at home. I didn't have anything to cover my face and didn't want to be rude by walking in without one. Matt the Store Manager was very kind to bring out my order for me. I was definitely very thankful for his kind gesture!
Really impressed by how delicious the food is here! I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the salad with steak, pepper / onion, hot sauce, fresh salsa and sour cream. Absolutely delicious, better than expected! Will definitely be back.
The burrito bowl was absolutely fantastic! I meant to write a review earlier, but I can't stop thinking about it. The restaurant was clean, we shared a lot of laughs, and overall, the experience was wonderful!
