I go to this Chipotle location A LOT....With that being said, a few staff members could have a better attitude. One employee who stands out the most who always has a great attitude, super friendly, never seems put out when I ask for something to be done different, like my salsa on the side or sour cream on the side. This employee should be made employee of the year, Her name is Roxy and she is an outstanding person to be greeted by when I place my order. If all employees treated customers the way she does this Chipotle would have perfect employees. Roxy would be the perfect person to train employees and they could learn how to be an AMAZING employee.
Only my 11 and 16-year-olds wanted Chipotle. I had just enough time to pay, and yikes! The food counter was quite unhelpful. My kids wanted to share a double order (which would have meant spending more) but their requests were completely ignored! I didn’t realize this until we got back to the car. I even tipped well, thinking that might help; the cashier smiled, thanked us, and asked if he could assist with anything else. At least he deserved the tip! Now I understand why I haven’t been eager to go back.
Absolutely terrible experience. They duplicated the burritos in our order, and I didn’t receive the one I requested. This is a major mistake and completely unacceptable. The staff clearly lacks competence. I can’t believe this happened. I was really looking forward to enjoying my burrito, but instead, I ended up with something completely different. This has to be the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I'm really frustrated.
I'm a tall big guy about 250 pounds 6' 2 Every time I go to get take out At this location I order a bowl or a burrito they always give me a small portion of meat to where I have to order extra meat But there could be a person behind me not quite as big as me and they give them an extremely large portion of meat I can't understand it Am I being judged for my appetite on my size Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We did a quick pick up today and the food was cold, stale and half full. They must have run out of everything because the server was scrappingng the trays to scoop food out. I wish he had said something instead of giving us the left overs. We could barely chew the brown rice and the black beans and sides were scarce. Very disappointed.
The food was excellent! However, the current staff could improve on being a bit friendlier and more focused on customer service. I really appreciated the healthier drink options they now offer, including turmeric and cardamom. That said, the orange drink still has an unnatural orange color, so I hope it doesn't contain any dyes.
The Carnitas Burrito bowl is excellent. Meat is delicious, moist and not fat. Some of the other meats are dry. I like the cauliflower, which is well seasoned. Add black bean and corn and you have a healthy, delicious lunch. I have ordered this item several times and every time is excellent.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the guests are friendly, but the portion sizes are small, just like at Chipotle.
