This issue isn’t just present when the restaurant is busy—it's easy to understand the need for focus when there's a line, but a simple acknowledgment for those waiting can make a significant difference. Today, the place was nearly empty, with only one other customer. I noticed two managers checking in an employee, sharing laughs and chatting, while a couple of other staff members were engaged in conversation. The front counter workers for the most part are nice. However, every time I go to pick up a mobile order from this location it's always the same person (He has a highlight in his hair) that has me waiting atleast 15 minutes for my food. Each time this has happened my food is cold, so I know it was done and he could have done his job. I'm not sure if this individual is just really that inefficient or if they are having fun by making people wait for their food. But I'm probably just going to avoid this location due to this particular worker. Each time this has happened he waits until there is about four to five of us waiting. I understand that issues can arise, but there needs to be better communication with customers in situations like this. It was incredibly frustrating. After I finally received our food, I had to stand in line for another 15 minutes, only to find that our order was incorrect. If you decide to visit this location, I strongly advise against online ordering. It just creates unnecessary hassle—it's much easier to wait in line and order in person. On the plus side, the food quality was great, as it always is—it's just the service that needs improvement. I also emailed Chipotle directly about the experience last night.
This is the worst chipotle location I've ever been too. Their servings are SO SMALL!!!! I've never had a burrito from chipotle that was smaller than their receipt. It would have been even smaller if I hadn't asked for more rice cheese and sour cream. Don't even get me started on their protein portions. The guy already had a small scoop of steak, and then shook the spoon so any loose pieces fell off the spoon. My heart slowly broke as I watched those few pieces tumble back into the pan. Came in with some friends at the peak of lunchtime the other day first time at this location. The line moved really fast and the employees were friendly and efficient. My bowl was made to order and DEEEEElicious too. Plenty of seating and the restaurant was clean. The bathrooms are locked and need a code to enter. Good value for lunch especially. The restaurant is right across from Sunrise Mall, in the same parking lot as Target. Plenty of parking and easy to find.
However, I did find the customer service to be less than ideal. I felt a bit rushed, and the staff seemed somewhat unhappy to be there. This is why I’m giving a four-star review instead of five. On the bright side, I think the price of $11 is on the higher side, but it’s definitely worth it. I’ll be returning!
Dirtiest chipotle restaurant I've ever seen! I've been to so many chipotle's because I absolutely love it but I almost walked out because of how dirty the place was behind the counter. There wasn't even one table clean even though I'm the only patron in the entire place. I will NEVER return here. ZERO STARS.

Food prices and quality of food didn't seem to go down, but boy was service extremely slow, the lines were long and the staff was sparse. This location is running on slow staff or they cut employee counts.
