I walked into Chipotle and the employee greeted me with, "Hey, how are you today?!" I replied, "I'm okay," but he could tell I wasn't being entirely truthful and that I was having a rough day. He expressed concern without being rude or dismissive. I ended up admitting I was indeed having a bad day and we both shared a chuckle. When I reached the cashier, he mentioned something about my order and offered me an extra item. I was a bit confused and asked for clarification. He then said, "It's on me, ma'am. I hope you have a better day." It's the little acts of kindness like this that remind you that there are good people out there doing nice things for others. It’s a wonderful incentive to pay...
The burrito is the size of a golfball. The burrito bowls I received were laughably empty. The staff is clearly lazy and does not want to refill the bins of food on the line. This is not the first time this has happened as I work in the area and frequently order from here. I will no longer be ordering from this chipotle. Quality of food is fine. Paying 15 dollars for a burrito smaller than a baked potato is not. This location is notorious for skimping out on the amount of food the customers are paying for, this is just wrong that this issue isn’t addressed.

The cashier exhibited a very unpleasant attitude during my visit. While I was checking out, she frightened me with her demeanor and rolled her eyes. It seemed like she might have been having a bad day, but I'm not sure. After this awful interaction, I chose to leave my food on the counter and walk out without completing the transaction. Just ordered food from there an hour ago they didn't put lettuce in our salad and all the food was cold place an order online and picked it up 10 minutes later I don't understand how you can leave lettuce out of a salad. I don't think I've been more disappointed with an online order in my entire life. Will not be returning to this location in the future
When they enjoy watching high school friends serve each other oversized portions, only to see them later offer small portions for the same price, it's definitely a unique experience. Just be sure to stop by on the weekend to catch the action!
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this location constantly makes mistakes with online orders. I like chipotle in general, but if you have to order from this location, I suggest you order on the spot.

store closes by 10 clock it is 7:55 all doors closed and locked. the hired look at us and ignore us. no answer. the hell with them.
