When I arrived at the restaurant, I was the only customer, but it took almost five minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence and take my order. The brown rice was undercooked and had a slightly crunchy consistency. My bag of chips was mostly crumbs, with about 75% being broken pieces. The guacamole was only filled three-quarters of the way and, to my surprise, had a piece of avocado skin in it (well, at least they use real avocados, I guess?). My chicken burrito contained three chunks of gristle, which is more than I can tolerate in a single burrito. I could overlook the occasional piece, but three was enough for me to stop eating altogether. Overall, this experience was quite disappoint...
As a Colorado resident, it's disheartening for me to write this review. I typically visit Chipotle twice a year, while back home, we enjoy it at least once or twice a month—sometimes even weekly. Today, I stopped by this location on my way home, trusting in the brand. Unfortunately, I can confidently say that I will not be returning. I echo what others have mentioned: this place suffers from a lack of attention to detail and provides poor customer service. The only reason this Chipotle continues to do well is its convenient location near the university and hospital.
The in-store wait is HORRIBLE. You sit and watch them make orders for online orders. It seems like every 30 online orders they make they'll take one person's order who's waiting in the store line. Whichever restaurant starts to Value customers who actually DROVE to their restaurant and waited in-line, will become valuable in customer's eyes. The staff was nice. I think it was corporate policy (greed) to prioritize online orders over those in store. And the Ice Machine didn't work!
Worst establishment ever I worked at this location for about 8 months I just recently quit. The place was never clean absolutely disgusting . There was mouse droppings on the dishes black mold inside of machines, I was told by a manager to peel thru moldy wraps until I didn?t see any, there was a bug in my drink. They are very unprofessional and toxic I couldn?t continue working there. It was fine in the beginning but towards the end they crashed

I ordered Chipotle from this location through DoorDash and requested extra rice, as I usually do. What I received was just ridiculous! Not only was my bowl incorrect in terms of ingredients, but it was also only filled to about a third of the bowl. I can't understand how anyone thought this was acceptable. This was such a disappointment!
Paid extra money to have my food delivered and it?s the complete wrong meal. The label on the outside is correct but the inside is a completely different meal. I can?t even eat it because it has food I?m allergic to in it
I ordered online for a team lunch and received the wrong orders. Many items were missing, and each bowl contained only about half the expected amount of food. I do not recommend this location.
The chips were overcooked and unappetizing. The guacamole clearly wasn't fresh and lacked that vibrant green color. On a positive note, the delivery driver was excellent.

The restaurant is quite dirty. The staff often can't hear you because they're wearing headphones. Overall, the customer service is very poor.
This is easily one of the best deliveries I've had from DoorDash—probably the best one yet!
