I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my positive experience at Chipotle for the first time. The staff members who prepared my order exceeded my expectations! Despite some reviews mentioning a low amount of meat in their orders, I found my tacos and salads to be generously filled. The portion sizes were great and I was very satisfied with my healthy dinner. As a truck driver, it can be challenging to eat well on the road, so I was grateful for this meal. They were out if about half the menu and every table in the restaurant was filthy.. my mom had a birthday coupon for quac, which they were out of, but she asked if she could get queso instead and they initially said no, then they said yes they could but she had closed out of the app already. When she tried to log back in the app just kept giving an error, and so she said nevermind on the queso, the cashier charged her anyway. Then they were out of salad dressing and all the tea lemonades. To top it all off the ladies room was out of t.p. in one of the two stalls and the other was not far behind. Definitely a disappointing experience.
I eat at Chipotle about three or four times a week. I enjoy the bowls and find the food to be consistently good, although the restaurant is usually dirty. During my most recent visit, I observed one of the employees behind the counter rushing to serve customers. When it was my turn to order, he quickly asked what I wanted before I could even say anything. He then hurriedly added toppings without listening to my preferences. While I understand the need to keep the line moving, this experience was a bit too rushed for my liking.
We walk in, it takes 5 minutes to get attention. One guy on the grill threw away pounds of steak. All the workers were goofing off, playing/yelling. Two others flirting in the back. Approximately 16 dirty tins on the counter behind the food. Good splatter everywhere. The dirtiest rice I’ve ever seen. It looks like you would get food poisoning eating at this location. We didn’t walk out, we RAN OUT!
