If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This place is absolutely trash. Disrespectful employees. I stopped going here over a year ago because every single time I go, the employees are the most disrespectful fast food employees I’ve ever seen. I thought since it’s been a while, it may be better. So I gave it a shot, but not only to be extremely disappointed, but treated with disrespect. The guy serving food today (3.6.23) at approximately 4pm, does a real good job at making you feel bad or as if you’re doing something wrong, by seeming annoyed with every word I said. Eyeroll after eyeroll…..hardly any verbal responses… Will never be coming here again. Waste of money EVERY time.
We visited Springfield 2 weeks ago and tried Chipotle, (a favorite of ours in Atlanta area). The meats had been sitting out and most looked dried out, but we tried bowls with carne asada. Very disappointing in flavor and meat was tough. The serving area was a mess!!, with juices spilled all over and sour cream dropped into 2 other containers. After watching them make/slosh the bowls, I understood why it was messy. It was in between lunch and dinner, so not busy, which gave them plenty of time to wipe the area down and stir up the food. Zero recommendations.
Yeah the girls behind the counter scooping up the food all had an attitude. One of the girls thought it’d be cute to get upset at the register guy for misunderstanding whose order was what. She slammed my food that was in the bag while letting him know it was mine so he could charge me for my order. I thought that was unnecessary and am still confused as to why the girls behind the counter think it’s ok to be that level of disrespectful like do y’all not know that everyone sees you acting like that lol.
Edit: I work all over the country and for fair reasons when I first started coming to this location I was upset, so upset I left a bad review to share my frustrations. However recently I must admit it has been a MUCH better experience at this location, better portions, the food has been very fresh and good, the atmosphere has been better. Props to the management, they've done a very good job recently and if I can tell I'm sure others can too! Thank you for the work you do.

There was a young lady the first person in the line (serving food) tonight around 7:40pm who's there to make a ridicule of customers. She was just wasting time pretending she does not understand the difference between the black and brown beans. Could you please take that girl off the line for her poor customer service? The girl is a terrible customer service person. She has no professional reason to be on the front line.
Really sick of how terribly managed this location has been for YEARS. Consistently inconsistent, typically way behind schedule, occasionally rude, sometimes severely unclean especially on the pickup prep area. I know the people in charge here will just blame their workers, so I want to make it clear that this is clearly a management issue.
Every time we have tried to eat at this chipotle the food has been utterly chilled. It is horrible and we will not be risking another visit
Terrible location. Never order pick up orders because they never give you the right thing. Will not be back
