Has Great Potential, But Not Quite There Yet. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because it has the potential to be a standout spot in the city. The ambience is intimate and upscale, with beautiful mood lighting that sets a refined tone. However, the overall experience still needs fine tuning. Service was where things fell a bit short. There was no host to greet upon arrival, which created an awkward first impression.
