This Sunday I went down to the San Churro’s in Hillarys and was pleasantly surprised by the very polite and helpful service of Daniel the young boy at the counter and bringing out food. He was extremely polite and helpful and his service made our day. Continue doing a great job mate! Your customer service is unreal, wholesome polite.
Waitress made a wrong order and did not rectify it, instead we had to cancel one redemption order.Waited for 20min for a hot chocolate when there were barely 5 customers, and they only started to make the drink when asked about it.
that was nice to eat. the customer service of nathan and brody was brilliant. my father accidentally ordered a meal with cheese that he cannot have, and they went out of their way to sort it. we are both very satisfied!
