But no one bother greeding us. Told them we have voucher from Groupon, they immediately turn around talking to each other and told us they don't have the app to scan the voucher. We had to wait half an hour. Then a girl turned up and told us their app won't work we have to come back the next day. I told them they can take a photo of the code and scan it later. We won't come back. They let us wait for another half an hour still nothing. We decided to leave. So rude. Never go there if you still want to be treated like hu...

It just mixes so well with everything, that I can't fault any bit of this dessert. The serving is generous while the price is just right ????????

Unlike it's Liverpool counterpart i find this store a little better. Customer service here is definitely much better.
Whilst the menu items are the same there is a slight difference in the way desserts are made and presented.
The ferrero icecream here wasnt as creamy (it was rather a bit icey) and the souffle did not ooze out chocolate as it always does when ordered in Liverpool.
The cakes where however quite lovely and enjoyable and their drinks are made just as good.
Great place for all chocoholics. They've got a pretty extensive menu with lots of different desserts on offer. Great for all ages.
Prices are reasonable and staff are always polite. Food comes out quick which is a plus as it gets very busy during peak times. Love their shakes and I also enjoy their coffees.
Food is very much on par with the likes of Max Brenner, San Churro etc., but I feel like they could use a facelift inside which would really improve the ambience.

A toasted English muffin sandwiches rich vanilla ice cream, fresh banana, strawberries and mini mallows before being liberally doused in Belgian milk chocolate and crispearls ????
As per usual...I like my burgers messy and saucy and this was no different! Winter may be coming.... Might as well make friends with the cooler side of life ✌
the texture of the churros was completely tasted as stale deep fried teig waffeln were stale and menu said Belgian chocolate, but instead cadbury was frieddo chocolate (we could see a half melted frieddo above) would not recommend, and over price for what is served
Wasn't to bad , waited for quiet a bit to be served , ordered the chocolate pyramid but it was really dry in the middle wasn't pleased at all the marshmallows tasted stale but the chocolate mousse dome was nice tasted amazing
Not quite as good as the city counterparts but still not bad for the Bankstown area.
Building on the reputation of the original Liverpool store, it doesn't quite reach the same heights but still not a bad experience either.

Delicious chocolatey dishes, great customer service. Very satisfied. Food didnt take too long and variety of diffrent choices. Loved it, big up to Chocolate del mondo bankstown
Signature cheese burger was 10/10 would definitely get it again. Shoe string fried were awesome too. Chicken wrap was okay. Staff very nice and friendly.
