Customer service over the phone is just ridiculous! I get that restaurants get busy, but staff pick up the phone and the minute they hear your voice they put you on hold. They can at least say “hello, im going to put you on hold” i was on hold for 10min and i could hear them talking and getting new calls and forgot about me. I called again and the staff wouldnt let me talk and put me back on hold! I get it, they get busy, but this is just so rude to the customers. How am i suppose to order food there when i cant even place an order!! They need better staff to talk to people!
OH my goodness, the food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! I couldn't believe how well-cooked everything was. I ordered the beef spare ribs with a side of chicken, fries, rice, and an empanada. The price was very reasonable, and my whole family of 5 left feeling full and satisfied. The restaurant was clean both inside and outside, and the food was prepared quickly. I will definitely be coming back again and again. A huge thank you to the chefs for their hard work in making such delicious food. I am now a lifelong customer. Thank you!
This spot is rockin' ! Great food and portions... They care about presentation... You aren't getting 3 good pieces of rib or chicken and then two burnt crispy unwanted pieces as I have experienced elsewhere... I love garlic! This place doesn't skimp on it either! The sauteed veggies are the truth! There are a lot of spots to get bbq but this place is worth venturing to.. The meats are flavorful without being too salty! Great and friendly service, even though the phone was ringing off the hook! Good multitasking... Btw.. Hit em up!

And the quantity of rice was not what I was use to getting when I ordered from there. When I called to complain the manager decided to take the NASTY approach. Didn't care about complaints. Oh wow, this barbecue is absolutely incredible. As a Portuguese person, barbecue is our specialty. This was the perfect choice for a last-minute dinner. They even included some fresh bread as a nice extra touch. The location is fantastic, very convenient to everything. I regret not trying some dessert, as they offer a wide variety of options. The chicken was moist and delicious.
I ordered a BBQ combo for takeout, which included ribs and chicken. The rice was tasty, but the fries were a bit soggy. The chicken was enjoyable, but the ribs were mediocre – they were quite fatty and occasionally tough. Overall, it was okay but not the best.
