Chops is lovely, near oceanfront, classy restaurant. We were quickly seated, served water and hot bread/butter.we opted for prefixed menu. Each course had several options. We started with the fried scrimp , perfectly fried pair of shrimp with dipping sauce. We each had fish of the day which was flounder topped with crabmeat served on generous bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus. For dessert we had the chocolate cake and cheesecake. Both delicious. We would definitely recommend for special occasion, a little pricey for everyday dining.
Way over priced! Coming there every year since it opened… unfortunately, it’s become to expensive for what we get! 336 last night… 3 kids meals 21 each , 2 salads with added chicken and we were charged 34 FOR EACH SALAD! One table appetizer that was almost 100!!!!!!!!!!! We had no alcohol, only soda!!! They automatically added 20% gratuity only 5 people) and AUTOMATICALLY UPCHARGED assuming we were using a credit card ….. WHICH WE DID NOT!!!! ONLY positive was our server! Extremely disappointed!!!!
The food was amazing and the service was outstanding my steak wasn't done right so they made sure we were happy even though I told them not to worry about it so they just went out of their way to make our honeymoon night wonderful!

Service was great, staff was friendly, and the food was excellent, with portions just the right size. This was our 3rd visit to Chops and we were not disappointed.
Excellent taste. I ordered the tomahawk steak, and my wife had lamb. It was cooked to perfection.
Everything was delicious as always! The chefs were very accommodating to my substitutions.
