Cob salad was missing bacon. Some lettuce was brown. whomever made the salad obviously missed the "chopped" memo as chicken pieces were huge and eggs were not chopped. I also asked for heavy dressing and 1 of the two containers were barely full and I asked for 3 dressings and "heavy" dressing at that. Please put more pride in your jobs, work elsewhere or stay home.
Constantly disappointed by Chop’t. There is never anything that bad about it, but it’s not good either. I just had the Crispy Chicken Ranch Salad and beyond the little peppers that seemed more like pepper skins, the salad had zero flavor. The ranch was bland and the crispy chicken tasted dry and like it was from three days ago. Take a lesson from SweetGreen!
I came in on a Saturday afternoon. There were only a few people in front of me, but it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time for my salad to be finished. Everyone was very polite and kind though, and I had nowhere to be, so I'm not upset about it. There is an outlet at the bar by the window, so I was able to sit and work for a bit.
Good and affordable healthy meal. I like the different options proposed, really good idea to not get bored of the salad! Just why do you need to chop it that much ! Mine was completely mashed, difficult to differentiate all the ingredients lol. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I’m extremely upset. Today, I ordered a salad from DoorDash 030 and I found a sharp and hard piece mixed in my salad. I almost put this in my mouth for it to cut me. I’m thinking about contacting an attorney as I almost swallowed this.
When I asked for a cup for water they said there were none. It was not that busy and you should have these basics ready for customers. It was early in the day as well.
This Chopt is run great, have never had any issues here. Much much better than the money laundering establishment next to it (chipotle).
