Have been to other Chopt locations many times, but today visited this one for the first time. I was surprised to find that, unlike every other Chopt I have visited, you do not place your order with the person making your salad. You can barely even see the kitchen, actually. The store is set up for you to order on a touchscreen if you did not already order ahead. It does look like they can accommodate ordering with a cashier but only by request.This means that you can 't see how much dressing they are adding you just have to pick light/medium/heavy from the app or the kiosks. Management should really evaluate whether saving a couple of employees’ wages is worth the potential loss of business from hundreds, if not thousands, of customers who get frustrated or intimidated by the ordering system and decide not to return. My coworkers and I are all tech-savvy and in our 30s, and we still struggled with it. There's no way a senior citizen or someone with language barriers would be able to figure it out.

Not the same as it used to be- My salad was dry even tho I asked for regular dressing, the new bowls are clearly smaller AND the bread I received was also small and stale which just left me feeling disappointed. The new layout doesn’t allow for any interaction with the staff which in my option was what always made me feel confident that I was getting what I asked for. This did not feel like a $13 salad.
We love Chopt salad, ordered on the app for pickup. My husband went and they were short one of the bowls… he told the employees he thought we were missing one. Two employees “checked” and said that the order was correct. We had to return the store to show them the receipt and then they gave us the missing bowl, without even an apology. Will not visit this location again.

I've dined here a few times and have thoroughly enjoyed the salads I've had. The service is fast and efficient, and I didn't encounter any problems with receiving my food. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, although the space feels a bit cramped given the number of people eager to eat here. Overall, I consider it a successful spot for salads.
Avocado was missing from both of my Santa Fe salads, and instead of cherry tomatoes, there were only wilted, regular chopped tomatoes. I also had to hunt for the tiny amount of shredded cheese. Overall, it was a disappointing salad, essentially just a fancy head of lettuce.
A prime example of technology taken too far. The employees were eating chips in the back and directed me to a screen to place my order. Since it was my first time there, I just wanted to know what was good. The computer isn’t going to provide that information!
They made the ordering process way more impersonal for no reason at all. What was the purpose of this and moving next door? Appears to have been just a waste of time and resources with no noticeable improvement to the food at all.
