I have literally never had a nice experience in here. They are the most unfriendly staff of any restaurant in Valencia. Everyone who works here has an attitude. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but I?m kinda done with them. Food is overpricedtoo. Gauc was free on the tacos and now it?s extra. I order ahead and it?s never ready on time and they literally serve everyoneelse before me so it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Why are they so mean here? It?s like they hate their customers.
Staff was amazing. The food was overly salty though. Both the steak and chicken were very very salty. We know this isn't typical of Chronic BUT we've never been to this location. So I'll give this location another shot to see if this was just asalty batch... then I'll come back and update when I do. UPDATE: NO ... IT WAS NOT that one visit. This location persistentlyhas overly salted food... AND I LOVE SALT!!!! I've been back at least 2 more times. No.
It was my first time to order from here and I was disappointed with the size of the 9 burrito i got. I was hoping to be satisfied but to my dismay,I could have ordered a Mcdonalds burrito instead! It's extremely small for a $10 i paid. The staff even almost forgot for the sauce that i paid extra. Anyways,the taste is so-so compared to a street burrito. It will be my first and last.
First time here.. chicken is good but steak tastes funny. The location is kind of out of the way if you're located in the heart of SCV but the service is great and the staff is very friendly. The portions help make up for me up items that are a bitpricey.. if you want a good, fat chicken taco, come on Tuesday or Thursday

Pretty solid place to grab some Mexican food, with a lot of vegan options since so much of it is build-your-own . I also like that they have two size options for burritos. Chips are tasty as well. Vegetarian options: Since the menu is build-your-own, you can get most main items vegetarian or vegan.
Had the Cali-burrito with asada. Was disappointed with the taste quality. The asada was very chewy, and very salty. The guacamole portion was definitely lacking. I had not been here in at least 3 years. The quality and taste have gone down hill. More than likely will not go back.
Got done filthy on my burrito, watched the homie squirt like half a gallon of sour cream juice onto my 'rrito trying to get the sour cream out. Also got more guac than meat which left me feeling all sorts of crazy.
Best f'ing tacos ever and the chronic fries are f'ing ridiculous as well. Only bad thing is that I spend a lot of money here cause I have to get half the menu since it's insanely delicious.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD. I ordered the chicken bowl and it came 1/4 of the way filled in the bowl. Extremely small for $13
