Ordered via Just Eat. Awful customer service received from Chubbs. Food didn't arrive. Missed calls from two different unknown numbers, no voicemail. Called number back member of staff immediately took an accusatory tone stating the order had arrived and there was no response to the driver (NO), alerts were sent (NO) and food returned to the restaurant. When the member of staff was asked to confirm the order address they gave the wrong address twice while also presenting as challenging /argumentative. Order cancelled. First impressions last. Chubbs you failed on a grand scale.
I had my first burger from this place today, and I must say it's one of the best I've had in a long time. The burger was incredibly tasty and juicy, cooked to perfection. The brioche bun was beautifully toasted, and the chipotle mayo was delicious as well. The staff was very friendly, and the service was impressively quick! Great job, everyone—keep it up!
I've tried many burgers in Brighton, and some of them left me feeling less than satisfied. However, when I took a bite of the deluxe beef burger, I discovered what true satisfaction really is. It was like the perfect date: we started off slowly, it wasn't messy, and it ended on a high note! I highly recommend it!
My delivery just arrived half an hour ago, and I must say, this is the best farewell meal I've ever had. The burger is absolutely amazing! Everything is beautifully presented in adorable packaging. It is a bit pricey, but you really can’t go wrong with this!

I have eaten many burgers, these young people have sewn it. prices are also quite fair for quality. large bungalow, great patti, great sauce, well packed and packed and they are also on uber eats. happy days!
Kids meals were great! They had a loads of food, lovely chips and the guy serving was very smiley and nice. We like it here!
way over priced, enjoyed the chips but the burger was awful and the order was wrong so people had to go without food!
