Finally tried chubby cattle in Demver....I have been to the one in Las Vegas.....This one is cool....the AYCE is cool....28.99 for lunch.....gets you hotpot and sushi.The stuff for the hot pot is a bit awkward to get in the refrigerators....if it was busy I could see it getting pretty congested at that point.When sitting at the sushi bar instead of a table it's nice that there is the conveyer belt you can grab from.....Food was really top quality!My only issue was our server....not sure if he was busy, or just not nice but he was pretty rude, very harsh speaking....definitely not good with hospitality.Vegetarian options: Plenty, easiest for hot pot....but I am sure there was vegetarian sushi...
Went there Friday night and was disappointed by both the service and the quality of the foods.1. The waitress gave us an attitude when the resturant was mostly empty. There was a long waiting list of people that didn't show up to their reservations. She was rude when she had to explain the waiting list situation. We had to wait 15 minutes to just to get seated in a half empty resturant.2. There was a homeless person walked into the resturant and stayed in there for more than 5 minutes.3. They didn't maintain the self serve veggie fridge... The corn was spoiled4. The foods is really average.Overall, the concept is nice however the execution would need some improvements.

Great service from the servers! They’re very informative and quick. I like the hotpot/sushi combo.Food was okay. Broth (medium spicy donkatsu) could have been more flavorful. Also had better and more variety of hotpot ingredients elsewhere. Sushi was also okay.It’s a smaller restaurant so get there quickly to put your name on the waiting list. Thankfully for me it was just two of us so we got in quickly. Parking is also very limited in that area and it’s toll street parking.
Chloe is the greatest server I’ve had in Denver. They’re so great here, the food is amazing. No lack of options for sushi or hot pot! Sushi is always fresh, the meat is thinly sliced and fresh. All of the self serve options are always in great shape! Having been multiple times in the past year, this is the best restaurant I’ve been to!
Great place for dinner with a small group of friends! We had the all you can eat dinner. Only downside was the sushi options dwindled on the conveyor as we were there close to closing, so recommended going earlier in the day.Food: 5/5
the rabe was 100% the best I had in colorado, but the people worked soou friendly! not only was the eating super filling and tasty, but it was the most welcoming environment!
