Eating has been hit or miss. Maybe just a bad night or a bad night? All pizzas seemed very light on cheese. We missed 3 items from our order, even if the entrance had control marks next to each item and I asked when I picked up the order that we got all sauces and foods. Sure enough that I came home and lack several items, including a whole range of bread sticks and two sauces that we paid extra. Pretzel Pizza doesn't really taste like much of everything. Nacho cheese lacked or no taste. That was why we wanted to try Chubby Charlie and it was disappointing. Americano Stromboli was great. Very good and would like to order it again. I'm going to give the place a pass for maybe a bad night and it was 40min before closing when I ordered. We found this place when we door dashed and we tried them before and they were great!! Tonight not so much. Not only did they not give us the flavored crust we ordered and he relayed back to me over the phone but the pizza was just bland. If I wanted bland pizza I'd called dominoes or hungry Howie's. Hoping I got a bad night from them and we'll give em another chance and see if next visit is better, but I'm noticing alot of places that use to be great are going downhill either from cutting costs or lack of help. I usually do not write positive reviews for negative experiences, but the manager was very professional (Kevin) I think was his name, my order was delivered after 2 hours and my food was cold like ice cream, but the team worked out their dicks to do things right, he gave me a ferocious discount. The food is usually very good, this time only a little cold. Hopefully this message will find your team well. I will continue to be a customer and appreciate the great customer service.
I love her dough and her sauce. However, I was really cheated when I got the Deluxe Calzone, and there was no cheese on it, although it is listed in the Despcrition. My only complaint. How do you forget to put cheese on a pizza? Lol

I gave this to you tonight when I ordered a dinner. It was burned and smelled like that. It wasn't edible that it went into the garbage! I called and spoke to Griffin. Wait for a refund!
Ok so I've worked at many pizza places and have tried every single place around and chubby Charles is hands down the absolute best. They will have my business for years to come.
Tried them for the first time on Friday and we found ourselves a new pizza place! The pizza was great, the calzones were amazing and I absolutely love the breadsticks!
