A really good place for kids to have fun and celebrate. The staff and the coordinator were excellent. It was really busy but they did a good job creating a fun experience especially for the kids, as my family and friends have always used this facility.I recommend this place. However, we have a serious concern regarding a security on our account. The next morning, I got a callfrom the manager, who also coordinated the party. The next morning, I received a call from the manager who coordinated our party. She expressed her disappointment and mentioned a disagreement. To my surprise, she said that we had left detailed negative feedback on a survey. I clarified that we had not filled out any feedback or were even aware of a survey. She insisted that it was indeed our email that was linked to the feedback. I assured her that if there was any feedback from us, it would have been positive.
Our main concern is who submitted that feedback using our email. I hope Chuck E. Cheese takes this security issue seriously.
It smells absolutely disgusting as soon as you walk-in, nothing but teenagers working, who literally play (throwing things at one another) while you're trying to place a food order. We left our pizza drinks on the table while we went to play and theyliterally threw everything away; only thing they offered was cups, no apology, pizza or anything. Last but not least, there wasno one standing at the door to confirm my daughter was leaving with who she is supposed to be leaving with; major safetyconcern! Management needs to be fired!! Will never return to this location.
My niece and her husband brought their son and the whole family, along with many others, to celebrate Oren's 5th birthday. Everyone had a fantastic time, and Chuck E. Cheese himself even showed up!

I give Chuck E. Cheese 4 stars. Although the robots aren't there anymore, the games are still fun. The pizza, however, is not good and I didn't enjoy it.
Chuck E. Cheese is a disappointment. The menu prices are outrageous, with a personal pizza costing $15 each. I definitely won't be coming back.

Well they took away some fun things but the pictures are better with Chuck Cheese????
This place is a rip off. Personal pizza for $15+ each.... I will never go again.
