If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food has really declined, the management is awful, and I was shocked by how they spoke to their employees. It took forever for my child to receive their prizes, and the girl at the counter seemed unhappy. The place was dusty, and half of the games barely functioned. I'm genuinely disappointed; I used to love coming to Chuck E. Cheese as a child, and seeing it run like this is really sad. I do NOT recommend visiting here.
Everything is so run down and old. Most of the the rides don't even work when you get there or the pieces to the games are missing so you waste the time you paid for. My daughter has fun when we go and the food is good but it's definitely dirtier than it should be. The staff are always nice though. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
Oh my goodness! My 6-year-old has taken to calling it "poopie cheese." What a disappointment! The games were all broken, and there was no ball pit or climbing tunnels as advertised. It was just awful! On a brighter note, the host was incredibly sweet! Overall, I would rate the food: 1, service: 1, and atmosphere: 1.
