Very nice, I put the menu on here so everyone can see what's new and what's not. I would suggest buying the bulk package of tickets or it could get very expensive. Kids have lots of fun, its indoors and Chuky the mouse seems to come out every hour doing a dance routine and throwing a handful of tickets to all the little ones on the ground. More importantly, the staff watches the door being kids are running around all over the place, so your kid doesn't run out into the street. PS at the end of the day, you'll have to put your tickets into a ticket counting machine so please make sure that most of your winning tickets are not single tickets, a group of 10 or more is less of a test of your pat...
I have went for the first time to this place with my niece, she was so happy to go in and see Chucky, paid little over 80 bucks only to be treated as if we did not pay for our food, I don’t know if she was the manager or supervisor but she was rude and kept insisting we did not pay for salad bar, but we had receipt. She kept following us around the salad bar do and we was so uncomfortable, on top of it chunky came out for 2 minutes and never came back out.
I usually dread the crowds at Chuck e cheese on the weekends, but to my surprise it was practically empty when we arrived for our party reservation. It was such a nice time for the kids, and they were able to run around and play freely. My only issue was the quality of the pizza that day. It's usually pretty good, but the pizza tasted like it was made and sat out for a long time. Other than that, I am pleased with our visit.
Great place! Very clean, delicious food and drinks, fun place for adults and children. Many games available. While we gave a birthday party there, it was in a separate section that looked fun and spacious. Moscot went around and said hello to all children! There are parking spaces outside. Anyway, back there.

Brought my son here twice and we love it! Lots of different games and little rides that keep him entertained for hours. The food is good and the employees are very nice and helpful! Chuck E. Cheese comes out every hour and greets all the kids and takes pictures. We will definitely be back often
I love this place. I visit my grandchildren every time I'm in Long Island. Staff are very nice. I am always pleasantly surprised to find it so clean when considering that many children are walking around. I would definitely recommend this place.
Having a party here was great! Our server was more than helpful and super kind. The manager was also kind and very professional The play area was clean and all games worked. The kids enjoyed themselves and can't wait to come back!
Nicely renovated. There's no climbing tube but a lot more games and much cleaner. They have a new time based payment option that gave me 1.5 hours with 3 kids for 60 bucks. Still over priced but easier to manage.

Came here with my son for a birthday party and he had a lot of fun. Pizza wasn’t bad. The staff was nice to us. We had a good time.
Love it and my daughter is crazy about it the people at west Islip is really great with their service definitely coming back soon
