Apart from the young hispanic girl who worked the counter, there was a complete staff, while a girl helps the entire location, on phones, swear, not help to minimize lines. remember, it was extremely packed. once I ordered that I went up again to get red paprika for my pizza and was stared by about 4 employees either on their phone or busy in a personal conversation. the girl who tried to get rid of her long line was the one who asked if I needed help while standing at the salatable. each token game had no tokens to give up. a whole place was sticky and dirty. if the staff of about 10 worked as hard as this young girl, then this would be easy a 5-star review.
Staff was rude and had an attitude. Even when I thought our interaction was pleasant at times, my husband said the girl rolled her eyes and made rude comments as soon as I turned to walk away. Over priced, which is not this locations fault, just overall value of a visit decreasing and other places/options are better value for family fun. About 20% of games weren't working properly or out of order. Pizza and drinks were adequate (hot and came pretty quick). We went less then hour after opening and all three stalls in washroom didnt have tissue, after informing staff, an hour later there still was no tissue...
Took my Godson here for his birthday. He turned one so there wasn’t much he could do. His siblings were able to play though and even the adults had fun. I reloaded our cards with minutes instead of games and didn’t pay attention to the time so when they were closing they just shut everything off but we still had time on our cards. The manager was able to help us with that though Food was good also.
We celebrated my grandson's 4th birthday at this restaurant. He had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and there were many games to play. The restaurant was mostly clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint we had was that the busser was slow to clean up the tables even though it wasn't very crowded. I visited this restaurant in the early morning and I have to say it was very clean. The pizza was fresh and delicious, and the service was satisfactory for an early morning birthday party at 10am. There are plenty of games available for both children and adults. Overall, I think this location is quite good.
this location is clean and has good food. my daughter loves her cheese pizza. she can eat the whole pizza alone! we like to go during the weekdays as it is less packed. chuck. e occasionally comes out and interacts with the children. the salatable and they sell beer is a plus!
I took my children to this restaurant recently and we all had a fantastic time. The best part is that it's not as crowded during the week, so we were able to enjoy all of the activities. The restaurant is in a clean and tidy location.
