I had an incredible experience at this location! Despite how busy it was during my visit, the janitorial staff did a fantastic job keeping the bathrooms clean and sanitized. My kids had a great time enjoying the pizza and playing games. The Chuck E. Cheese mascot was very friendly, giving high fives to every child, and I was especially touched to see a hug given to a child with Down syndrome. It was so heartwarming! Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese, for making our visit so enjoyable for everyone!
The cleaning staff at this location was exceptional. Even though it was very busy during my visit, they did a great job keeping the bathrooms clean and hygienic. My children had a fantastic time enjoying the pizza and playing games. The Chuck E. Cheese mascot was incredibly friendly, ensuring that every child received a high five. The pizza has lost its appeal, and the prices have significantly increased. There aren't many game options available, and the quality doesn't justify the cost. I'm quite disappointed and won't be coming back. There are better family entertainment choices available elsewhere. The staff could also benefit from some improvements.

I think it's quite inappropriate that you require children to buy a pair of $10 socks—socks that you sell specifically for wearing with a jumper—which aren't even anything special. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 5.
Pizza was slightly undercooked but still good but the biggest thing was the machines where you can check your points and pause your card to eat didn't work so kids were not able to pause and lost half the time when food was ready.
The restaurant is quite spacious and very clean. It’s a bit on the more expensive side, but you certainly get a lot for your money. My niece absolutely loved it!
