This Chuck E. Cheese was great, the staff was really friendly helpful, something we were not expecting going in. We were greeted kindly walking in the front door. A male staff member was able to answer our questions regarding the playing points tickets. The only thing we will say is some of the games were kind of sticky, I am assuming after a long day, but the cashier when trading the tickets (didnt catch her name : , was also really kind helpful. I was really excited to celebrate my son's birthday here, it was the first time we wanted to celebrate it here, the first thing I noticed was that the band of the Animatronics was not there, it had a huge black tarp that covered it, so all our pictures have that and they didn't even notify us because our package was included a song from there, we added Goodie bags. We felt really abandoned and I was so angry, but we just left it that I wanted my son to have a good birthday. My husband told the manager and she gave us a discount, no excuse just said, okay this is your new sum. A discount doesn't fix her mistake. It took almost 45 minutes to be ready for the food order and when I asked after 20 minutes of waiting. I was just told that it would take a few more minutes because it was just started. I got no reason and no excuse for the delay. I have been working in hospitality for over 20 years, 10 as a restaurant manager, so I would have understood the situation, but the treatment I was given was not professional or service oriented in my opinion. I was also not satisfied with the process of leaving my comments on the company website.
We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's 4th birthday! Our party host was outstanding! She went above and beyond our expectations, and my son had a fantastic experience. I absolutely love this place! It's such a nostalgic spot that brings me back to the late 80s and early 90s. I used to work here, and my kids always enjoyed coming as well. Now, I take my grandson, who loves hearing all the stories from those times. Thank you for the wonderful memories!
we had a great birthday party experience today for my godson. very attentive party planner and great eating! it was our first visit to this place, because we used to walk into the diamond bar that closed. now chino is our new location to hang.
Experience was great and the pizza went hard. However there was this one woman who kept following us and harassing us. The chuck e cheese staff did nothing about this. Otherwise, they were very polite and gave my friend a very happy birthday :

The salad bar was one of the best things, but they no longer have sunflower seeds and other toppings. Even the ranch tasted different.. No longer a fan of the salad bar
