This Chuck E. Cheese was great, the staff was really friendly helpful, something we were not expecting going in. We were greeted kindly walking in the front door. A male staff member was able to answer our questions regarding the playing points tickets. The only thing we will say is some of the games were kind of sticky, I am assuming after a long day, but the cashier when trading the tickets (didnt catch her name : , was also really kind helpful. I was really excited to celebrate my son's birthday here, it was the first time we wanted to celebrate it here, the first thing I noticed was that the band of the Animatronics was not there, it had a huge black tarp that covered it, so all our pictures have that and they didn't even notify us because our package was included a song from there, we added Goodie bags. We felt really abandoned and I was so angry, but we just left it that I wanted my son to have a good birthday. My husband told the manager and she gave us a discount, no excuse just said, okay this is your new sum. A discount doesn't fix her mistake. It took nearly 45 minutes for my food order to arrive, and after waiting 20 minutes, I asked about the delay. I was only told it would be a few more minutes since they had just started preparing it, with no explanation or apology. Having worked in hospitality for over 20 years, including 10 as a restaurant manager, I could have understood the situation if it had been handled professionally. However, I found the service to be neither professional nor customer-focused. Additionally, I was disappointed with the way my feedback was handled on the company's website.

I absolutely love Chuck E. Cheese's! It’s such a nostalgic place that takes me back to the late 80s and early 90s. Having worked here myself, I’ve always enjoyed bringing my kids, and now I take my grandson, who loves hearing all the stories from those days. The menu always has something for everyone. Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese's, for the wonderful memories!
After a few years of not having been to this Chuck E. Cheese let me tell you guy's it's well kept. Everything was super clean all the games were working and the staff was awesome ?. And actually the pizza taste way better and that's the reason I'm giving them 5 stars.
Experience was great and the pizza went hard. However there was this one woman who kept following us and harassing us. The chuck e cheese staff did nothing about this. Otherwise, they were very polite and gave my friend a very happy birthday :
Had Grandsons B Day Party here service was great Deanna was helpful and friendly. James was also a Helpful and Friendly person. Thanks. All my Grand kids had a Blast and enjoyed the time on the games and rides , etc.

Top Notch Chuck. E Cheese experience. Chuck. E-cheese literally came out and played games with my son, and they improved the price. I wish I could give 10 stars. I love this place. Nice job Chuck E Cheese Thanks
The salad bar was one of the best things, but they no longer have sunflower seeds and other toppings. Even the ranch tasted different.. No longer a fan of the salad bar
