From a child's perspective, this place is like a wonderland. How often do they get to experience unlimited games, their favorite foods, and the freedom to run around with friends? They can play with as many kids as they like, jump from game to game on their own, or just sit back and chat with friends. This place is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The new remodel is not the Chuckee Cheese I remember going to as a kid. This is now more like an arcade. I miss the tunnels and ball pit, the shows. Chuckee Cheese used to be the place to go to for a party for kids and adults. Please add some changes to make it the place where kids and adults can be kids again. I miss the old Chuckee Cheese.
Overall, it was okay. However, the tables indicated that you could order food and have it brought to you, but it seems that this location doesn't offer that service. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to go to the front to pick up my food, which was cold and not very appealing. On a positive note, the kids enjoyed themselves.
The place was nice and clean, the staff were kind and quick, I watch them go around several times sanitizing everything, the play all you want card system is easy and no-touch. The only thing I could have wanted was that the location was a little bigger and had the animatronic dancing robots from my youth...

I attended my niece's birthday party and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The pizza was pretty good, and the kids had a fantastic time. While they've replaced the animatronics with video games, that didn't bother us. Overall, the staff did a great job.
Always clean, salad bar is always fresh, kids played for 2 hours before location started to get busy. If you can go before noon it's amazing.
Took my granddaughter here...place really hasn't changed. Few modern updates which are nice. Great place to let kids run around and be loud!
