Consistency with the issues is the norm at this location. From getting orders wrong, having conflicting information, and other small issues. The last two times the employees failed to properly close the lid on my drink and caused to spill on me or insidemy car, and the first time they didn?t even fill the cup up. Somehow out of ice today so I have a warm drink. Don?t even get mestarted on old/stale biscuits and old fries. For as expensive the food has gotten I would at least not have to worry thesethings when every other place of food I visit in the area offers a vastly better basic experience. I don?t see myself visitingthis location any more going forward. I?ll make the extra couples to go...
The manager, Britney, was extremely rude. When a customer asked why the wait was so long—over 15 minutes in the drive-thru—she told them to go somewhere else and then refused to serve them. Meanwhile, staff inside the store were just chatting, causing the delay. Britney’s coworker even recorded the customer while they were all laughing together.
Went here on Labor Day around 1:30pm. I ordered an 8pc family meal to go with and a side order of coleslaw and biscuits to go. They forgot to put my side of smash potatoes and on top of this my first bite of the chicken had a huge hair inside of it (seepics). I went back and got a refund. Never coming back to this location.
Quick service. The young lady who took my order communicated clearly and made the process smooth. When I reached the window, she processed my payment and handed me my combo, which was all packed nicely in the bag. The cookie is fantastic! Make sure to grab an extra cookie; you won't regret it!

I wanted to place a large order for my night shift team but had to rate it four stars because the phone number for orders didn't work. I think being able to call would have made picking up the order much easier, instead of having to wait on-site for 20 minutes. However, the staff were amazing!
The customer service was excellent, but unfortunately, our chicken had a strong gas-like taste. Shortly after eating, my guests and I experienced stomach pain. Thankfully, the cashier was understanding and gave us a full refund.
The food was fantastic. I sampled the new smokehouse chicken and really enjoyed it. The cashier was very polite and gave some wonderful suggestions.
